The Errors pane shows you errors or warnings related to your Matrox Design Assistant project. By default, the Errors pane is found at the right side of the user interface; for information on changing the pane's location, see the Panes overview section earlier in this chapter.
Errors will appear when there is some condition that prevents the project from deploying (for example, a syntax error, or a case where a project was developed on a platform with a certain number of I/O pins and the project is moved to a platform with fewer I/O pins). Warnings appear when there is a condition or situation that will lead to unexpected results. An example of when you would get a warning would be when you develop a project that uses image sets in a specific folder, and then move that project to a platform where either that folder is missing or in a different location. Warnings also appear when there are licensing problems.
